This program is designed to get progressively more challenging each week as you build up your shoulder stability & rotator cuff strength!
Each week will consist of:
- 3 days: rotator cuff/shoulder stabiliser strengthening
- 3 days: mobility/active recovery
The goal of this program is to get your shoulder stabilisers stronger & give you more control as you get more mobile. Let's get you feeling confident in your shoulders and keep those pesky niggles/injuries away!
Equipment required:
- Loop band, theraband (link provided)
- Weights (this is optional, or you can use household items like a filled water bottle or a heavy book)
