Beginner Full Body Fit Program

THE DETAILS

 
  • Each week will consist of 3 days/week exercises that should take roughly 15-25 min/day. The program design has different workouts each day and gets slowly more advanced throughout the 8-week duration as you gradually build strength and comfort with the exercises!

  • Purchasing gives you immediate access to the app that has videos and descriptions of me personally, walking you through each workout. Throughout the workout are key pointers and important cues to give you a 1-on-1 training experience, making sure you get the most out of each workout. In addition, you are granted daily access to contacting me personally for any questions you may have throughout the program.

  • -Mini Bands (5$ Amazon) – Link Provided

    -Chair / Bench / Couch

  • This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews. You will have access to the entire program after completion of the 2 months to continue using the workouts while subscribed.
